Oil Well Cement Testing

To test cement, calibration and initialization data are entered into a processor. A sample of cement is mixed into the autoclave and temperature and pressure are set. The ultrasonic transducer on the top of the chamber pulses, and the processor measures the elapsed time until a pulse is received by the bottom transducer. The processor then computes the compressive strength of the sample.
